Chamomile is traditionally revered for its soothing properties, which makes this the ideal drink to relax and unwind with. We recommend sweetening this brew with just a teaspoon of honey for the perfect taste.

Loose Tea - Optimal Brewing	Add 1 x 10g sachet of tisane (enough for 3-4 cups of tea) to the teapot. Bring the water to a boil (100°C). Infuse for 2-3 minutes; add as much or as little tisane as you like to reach your desired strength and / or the desired number of cups.
Pyramid Teabags – Optimal Brewing	Add 1x pyramid teabag to the teapot / cup. Bring the water to a boil (100°C). Infuse for 2-3 minutes.

Brewing Advice
